To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, several of the facilities where our branches are located have closed or restricted access. As a result, HUECU’s branches at the Charlestown Navy Yard, Longwood Medical Area, and Partners Assembly Row building, will be temporarily closed until further notice.
Our Harvard Square branch remains open to assist you. While our Massachusetts General Hospital branch is still open, the building access is limited to MGH employees only.
While we are committed to remaining available for members, please help us keep our staff healthy and safe by observing the following guidelines. If you are sick or have been in contact with a person who is sick within the last 14 days, we ask that you please refrain from visiting a branch and instead call our Support Center at 617-495-4460 for assistance, or use our online/mobile banking platforms. If you do come into a branch, please maintain social distancing.

We understand that any interruption to branch availability can be challenging. Here are some alternative ways you can access your accounts and get the support you need:
- Call or email our Support Center. We’re available during business hours to help with any questions or troubleshooting.
- Identify your nearest Surcharge-Free ATM.
- Locate one of over 5,000 CO-OP Shared Branch locations to conduct transactions just as you would at an HUECU Branch.
- HUECU is also waiving all fees for using other banks’ ATMs until April 30.
