Technology evolves very quickly, and HUECU wants our members’ banking experience to keep pace!
It’s important that HUECU is able to rapidly develop and deploy the features that our members expect. To that end, we will be undergoing a significant technology upgrade that will greatly enhance HUECU’s products, services and user experience going forward.
We need a little time to upgrade things, and therefore we will be closed Veterans Day weekend. Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking will be unavailable during the upgrade.
To avoid any inconvenience or disruption to your account access, please do the following prior to the upgrade:
- Verify your contact information is up to date: You can do so by logging in to Online Banking, or by calling us at 617-495-4460 or come in to any branch.
- Mark your calendar for the upgrade weekend (11/08/19 - 11/12/19).
- Check your inbox for important instructions.
- Register for our webinars.
- Visit HUECU.org/upgrade for full details.
