As we mentioned in our last post, we will be upgrading our technology on Veterans Day weekend. During this time, some services, including Online and Mobile Banking, will be unavailable.
There will be some noticeable changes as a result of this upgrade, and we want to make the transition as smooth as possible for you. We have designed a guide to help you understand what is happening during the upgrade to allow you to plan ahead and minimize any confusion or inconvenience.
You should receive the guide by mail, but you may also download the digital version or stop by one of our branches to request one.
We have also created a checklist to help you keep track of the small steps you should take to get ready for launch.
