Last week, HUECU wrapped up a series of Financial “Check-Ups” for the residents and trainees at Mount Auburn Hospital. Launched in partnership with the Department of Medicinal Education, the series was designed to enhance the resident’s understanding of personal finance topics.
Migdalia Gomez, the Financial Education Services Specialist at HUECU, provided on-site, personal instruction about designing a budget, saving, understanding credit, financing a big purchase, repaying medical school loans, and thinking about retirement.
