Meet HUECU’s 2017 Scholarship Recipients

This year, the Credit Union awarded five (5) deserving high school seniors, with an $1,000 Harvard University Employees Credit Union Scholarship.

The Scholarship Review Committee met in March to review and select the recipients.  The group, made up of volunteer members of the communities we serve, assisted in recognizing the outstanding achievements of all of the scholarship applicants.

HUECU is pleased to announce the 2017 recipients for our first Scholarship Program:

Eric Xing
Devens, MA  ─ plans to major in Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech University.

 

Amanda Powers
Newton, MA  ─ plans to major in Social Studies at Harvard University.

 

Krishna Suraj
Lexington, MA  ─ plans to major in Computer Science at Harvard University.

 

Samira Jamal-Eddine
Burlington, MA  ─ plans to major in Biomedical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

 

Brian Mullen
Topsfield, MA  ─ plans to major in Healthcare Administration in the Moreau Honors Program at Stonehill College.
