Flo Colarossi, Mortgage Servicing Specialist, is the 4th Quarter 2015 Service Champion recipient.
The Service Champion award is the Credit Union internal recognition program for service excellence. Each quarter one employee is selected who personifies the HUECU commitment to personal service.
Flo began her career at HUECU on June 13, 2005 as a Contact Center Representative. Flo was later promoted to Assistant Contact Center Manager in February of 2008 where she was part of was part of the Contact Center Team who reached a significant milestone as they were awarded a “Certificate of Excellence” for closing over $1 Million worth of consumer loans. In 2010 Flo moved to the Loan Servicing Department to become a Mortgage Servicing Specialist. Flo is a great asset to the Credit Union and has received many tributes from HUECU staff members as well as the members she assists on a daily basis. Flo’s philosophy and commitment in delivering great service is clearly unmistakable.
In the fourth quarter, Flo was recognized by her coworkers for her whatever it takes attitude and her willingness to always lend a helping hand.
