Jacqueline Baker, Data Specialist, is the 2nd Quarter 2017 Service Champion recipient.
The Service Champion award is HUECU’s internal recognition program for service excellence. Each quarter one employee is selected who personifies the HUECU commitment to personal service.
Jackie started her career at HUECU on January 7, 2013 as a teller at the MGH Branch. Her exceptional analytic skills and attention to detail were significant in her advancement to Retail Operations Rep/Support & Quality Control in September 2013 and again in her advancement to Marketing Data Analyst in April 2014. On February 20th, 2016 Jackie left the Credit Union to pursue other opportunities. But lucky for us, she returned in September 2016 as a temporary employee and was subsequently rehired full-time hired as the Data Specialist in December of that year.
Jackie’s systems knowledge, database expertise, and analytical prowess have made her an invaluable resource for many areas of HUECU. The assistance she provides co-workers in improving our tracking processes, performance reporting, and overall quality of data here at HUECU is endless and always done with a smile.
