The selection criteria for this award included the quality of the notes received and written by the employee. In addition to receiving high praise from his coworkers, Paul was an active participant in the Service Champion program.
Paul has worn many hats at HUECU since his start in May of 1998. He began his career as a teller on the ninth floor of the Holyoke Center and served as an MSR and Assistant Manager before reaching his current position as Manager of our MGH Branch. His ability to identify opportunities for improvement and his keen understanding of member needs have made Paul a valuable contributor to the Credit Union’s mission. In the first quarter, Paul was recognized by his coworkers for demonstrating innovative thinking and exceptional service behaviors.
