Sevy Dres, Member Services Representative, is the 1st Quarter 2017 Service Champion recipient.
The Service Champion award is HUECU’s internal recognition program for service excellence. Each quarter one employee is selected who personifies the HUECU commitment to personal service.
Sevy started her career at HUECU on September 5, 2000 as a teller on the 9th floor of Harvard’s Smith Center Campus formerly known as Holyoke Center. Her exceptional skills and customer service was significant in her advancement to Sr. Teller in May of 2002. A few years later, Sevy was promoted to a Member Services Representative and she left the 9th floor and relocated to HUECU’s new more visible and convenient Holyoke Center Arcade Branch.
Let’s face it, Sevy’s interactions with members and co-workers are pretty fantastic and unsurprisingly, we’re not the only ones who think so. Wherever you go, our members always give a shout-out to Sevy and share their experiences on how she has assisted them throughout the years.
