Sharon Cummings, Loan Servicing Manager, is the 1st Quarter 2015 Service Champion recipient.
The Service Champion award is the Credit Union internal recognition program for service excellence. Each quarter one employee is selected who personifies the HUECU commitment to personal service.
Sharon started her career at HUECU in October of 1989 as a teller. Over the next ten years Sharon wore many hats in the Lending Department and soon took on the role of Manager at the Longwood Medical Area Branch. From there, she transitioned to Contact Center Manager and in April of 2008, Sharon’s commitment to excellence led her Contact Center Team in closing over $1 Million worth of consumer loans. She has received numerous letters of gratitude from members recognizing the exceptional service she provides. In September of 2008 Sharon moved into her new position of Loan Servicing Manager. After 23 years of service with HUECU, Sharon still remains just as committed as always. and was recognized in the first quarter by her co-workers for her knowledge and friendly helpful demeanor.
