Thiago Oliveira, Sr. Teller and MSR at Charlestown Navy Yard, is the 3rd Quarter 2014 Service Champion recipient.
The Service Champion award is the Credit Union internal recognition program for service excellence. Each quarter one employee is selected who personifies the HUECU commitment to personal service.
Thiago started his career at HUECU in January of 2013 as a teller at the MGH branch. He then relocated to the Navy Yard branch in November of 2013 as a Senior Teller/MSR. Thiago is known for delivering amazing customer experiences and outside-the-box creativity. His friendly and helpful demeanor has assisted in expanding member relations within the CNY community. In September of 2013, Thiago played an essential role when HUECU hosted a group of credit union leaders from Brazil. Thiago represented HUECU as a translator for this group of World Council of Credit Union delegates.
In the third quarter, Thiago was recognized by his coworkers for innovating solutions to improve the member experience and for his unique servicing of the CNY community.
