Emilio Passariello, Assistant Manager of the Contact Center, is the 2nd Quarter 2015 Service Champion recipient.
The Service Champion award is the Credit Union internal recognition program for service excellence. Each quarter one employee is selected who personifies the HUECU commitment to personal service.
In the second quarter, Emilio was recognized by his coworkers for his knowledge, resourcefulness and friendly helpful demeanor.
Emilio had his start at HUECU in 2001 in the original Contact Center at 1678 Mass Ave. He quickly stood out for his attention to detail, personal service, and reliability. He was promoted to Assistant Contact Center Manager in July 2010, due to his ability to resolve member inquiries quickly and his keen understanding of HUECU products and services.
In addition to the Contact Center, Emilio has played a leading role in converting our internal Voice Response Unit (VRU) system. From the beginning, he took the initiative to coordinate weekly conference calls with the vendor; facilitate conversion logistics; audit vendor proposals and deliverables; test system functionality as updates are implemented; and, communicate conversion status internally.
