Tim Herald, First Impression Person II, is the 3rd Quarter 2015 Service Champion recipient.
The Service Champion award is the Credit Union internal recognition program for service excellence. Each quarter one employee is selected who personifies the HUECU commitment to personal service.
In the third quarter, Tim was recognized by his coworkers for his knowledge, resourcefulness and friendly helpful demeanor.
Tim started his career at HUECU in July of 2012 as the newly created “First Impression Person” at 16 Dunster Street. He quickly moved up to FIP II on November 1, 2013. Tim is a great asset to the Harvard Square team and to the Credit Union. He always has a can-do attitude and is very professional and respectful when interacting with members. Tim uses the AID INC approach faithfully. He takes the initiative to listen to member’s needs, evaluates their current situation, and then provides the best possible solution to ensure a successful outcome. He brings a positive vibe to the branch and is always willing to assist any of his co-workers, across all departments. He also takes care of the coffee station on top of all his other duties.
